What are TIAVINO pieces made of?
Premium stainless steel finished in rhodium — one of the rarest metals on earth, part of the platinum family. It's the same finish fine jewelry houses use on white gold for that bright, mirror-like glow.

Will they tarnish or change color?
No. Tarnish-free, won't discolor, and holds up well against sweat, creams, and perfume with normal wear — looking as good a year in as it does on day one.

How should I take care of them?
Nothing special — just the same common sense as any fine jewelry: avoid harsh chemicals, and store pieces separately so they don't scratch each other.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
TIAVINO is a French brand, shipped from our workshop in Italy.

What are the shipping options?
Italy: Poste Italiane. Rest of Europe, including France: Poste Delivery International Plus, typically 3–5 business days.

Is shipping ever free?
Yes — free shipping applies automatically once your order reaches €195, anywhere in Europe, which lines up with the Triple Pendant Set.

Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email tetiana@tiavino.com and we'll send you instructions and a return address.

Can I exchange for a different pendant?
Return your item, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the one you want — that's the fastest path.

When do I get refunded?
Within about 10 business days of your return being approved, to your original payment method.
